Automotive interior components

Nakagawa Shokai does a hearing of the interior components, performance requirements, and used equipment to provide optimized materials, resources, and equipment, as well as environmentally-friendly product proposals and advice to lower industrial waste costs. Through these services, we support the development of automotive interior components for our customers.
Also, if a customer is unable solve an issue with existing materials, resources, or equipment, we will develop custom components or resources fitting their needs along with our suppliers.

Paper/cardboard

Utilizing our expertise and know-how in all stages of manufacturing glue, cardboard, and boxes amassed from 1970, we help solve issues facing customers by providing materials, resources, and equipment fitting the quality and characteristics of equipment and materials used by customers.
In order to prevent misfittings and warping and realize stable adhesive strength, speed, and quality, we provide glue recipes suited to certain equipment, environmental temperatures during manufacturing, and heat/pressure applied in the adhesive process.

Food products

Nakagawa Shokai gets involved in new product development for customers from the planning stage and does a detailed hearing of product concept and target. After this, we propose food product raw materials in order to realize the taste, texture, aroma, and color that customers desire.
We also respond to contract manufacturing and OEM production, including powder production and capsule replenishment. Customers can let use manage everything from the design stage, including selection and blending of raw materials, to production. We conduct an analysis of nutritional composition and functional ingredients fitting the laws and regulations established by countries and provide only safe and secure products that have cleared strict hygiene standards.

NS Tape

NS Tape is a splice adhesive tape comprised of black film and a thin aluminum foil.
Compared with past splice adhesive tape, this tape has the merit of being easy to detect by photoelectric sensors and metal detection devices. It is used on the joining segment of products and to prevent outside substances from entering weak points.
It is very thin compared to general splice adhesive tape. It also has the merit of lowering the marks on the splice portion of the film.

N Tac Series

The N Tac Series is a flexible polyolefin hot melt adhesive developed by Nakagawa Shokai.
It is highly flexible and resistant to high temperatures, a requirement for automotive interior components. In addition, it has the merit of reducing spinnability and the burden on coating equipment since it is a low-adhesive product.
This product is used in automobile roofs and rack-related components both in Japan and overseas.
